WHO ARE GO JUMBO?

We are a family business (est.1999) based in West London.  We deliver an extensive, and at times eclectic, range of drinks, snacks, catering, kitchen and cloakroom products to businesses.

HOW DO I ORDER?

To  order, you will need to register an account first, by filling in a few details online https://www.gojumbo.co.uk/index/action/newaccount/ or please contact us 020 8560 8999 or sales@gojumbo.co.uk.  Opening an account is quick and easy and we would be delighted to have you on board!

WHERE DOES GO JUMBO DELIVER?

We cover most of London and do so on our own vehicles with a regular driver.

  • NW1 (Euston and Kings Cross only)
  • SW1, SW3, SW6, SW7, SW10
  • TW1, TW7, TW8, TW9
  • W1, W2, W3, W4, W6, W8, W10, W11, W12, W14

If you border any of the above postcodes, please contact us (before placing your first order) and we will do our best to accommodate.

We also supply a limited range further afield, by courier (additional delivery charges apply based on order weight).

A limited range is available for collection from our West London warehouse, by prior appointment.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER AND DELIVERY CHARGE

Minimum order value is £30.00 ex. vat (and please note that prices displayed on our website exclude vat where applicable).  Standard London delivery charge is £2.50 ex. vat.  Deliveries further afield, sent by courier, are charged by weight - an estimated charge will be added to your basket at checkout.  We do not ship internationally.

CAN I AMEND AN ORDER?

Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to amend it online, but please contact us and we can make any changes you require.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payment by cheque, BACS or internet transfer.  We do not accept payment by debit or credit card.

WHAT IF I CANNOT FIND WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR?

We have an extensive network of suppliers and will always do our best to source additional items for our regular customers.
