Go Jumbo Ltd is a limited company, registered in England (registration no. 3853924). We trade as Go Jumbo Office Refreshments, Go Jumbo Office Essential Supplies (GoJoes), Go Jumbo Wholesale, Go Jumbo Coffee Company and Friendly Drinks.

Our registered head office is Unit 15 Brook Lane Business Centre, Brook Lane North, Brentford, Middlesex TW8 0PP.

By placing an order you are accepting these terms and conditions and any subsequent changes.

Goods remain the property of Go Jumbo Ltd until paid in full.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

While every care is taken to ensure product information is correct, food products are constantly being reformulated, so ingredients, nutrition content, dietary information and allergens may change.

Information is based entirely on the information provided by our manufacturers and suppliers.

The name of the product and the description given on the website are not necessarily the full description of a product .and may not, for example, include all allergen information.

Go Jumbo Ltd therefore accepts no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions.  You should always read the product label and not rely solely on this information.

Alcohol may only be purchased by account customers, minimum order quantities apply and orders including alcohol can only be placed and deliveries signed for by staff over 18 years old.  Alcohol supplied is for personal consumption and not for re-sale.

DELIVERIES

Deliveries are made during office hours.  For a delivery at or by a specific time please ask, however we do not accept orders on a "time is of the essence" basis.  Furthermore, we shall not be liable for any loss, loss of profit, damage or expense whatsoever arising either directly or indirectly out of any late, incomplete, failed or cancelled delivery.

Our standard delivery charge, for deliveries on our own vehicle is £2.50 (+ vat).  We will notify you if a supplement applies including, for example, deliveries to a non-registered address.  For deliveries by courier, delivery charges are based on weight.

RETURNS

We offer a no quibble money back guarantee.  If you order an item, but then change your mind for any reason, we will collect the item without charge and give a full refund so long as the item is complete and sealed in its original packaging.  PLEASE NOTE: i) this does not constitute a "sale or return" policy; if you need this please ask; ii) special order items are excluded; iii) some items we will only accept back one unit, so please ask for a sample before ordering larger quantities; iv) seasonal lines and fresh products cannot be returned unless faulty. Goods sold as "GoJumboValue" come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee and therefore may be returned for a full refund even if up to 50% of an item has been consumed. Where free gifts are delivered with an item subsequently returned, we reserve the right to charge for the free gift if not also returned.

PRICES

Prices exclude VAT where applicable. The delivery note constitutes a VAT invoice. There are no hidden extras. You will always get our lowest quoted price even if you did not know an item is on offer. Multi-buy discounts may not apply where an alternative promotion is available. We reserve the right to refuse orders, restrict quantities and limit free gifts. The Go Jumbo Product Finder Service is rarely beaten but we can not guarantee to find an item.

We do our best to maintain prices as quoted in our price list (errors and omissions excepted), but they are subject to change due to tax/currency fluctuations or supplier changes. Sizes and descriptions are correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of printing.  If you require more detailed information please ask.

PAYMENT

We do not accept credit, debit or charge cards.  For non-account customers, payment is by cash or cheque on delivery. For account customers, payment may also be made by BACS or internet transfer.  Account facilities are available subject to additional terms and conditions available on request.

We reserves the right to charge interest (both before and after any judgement) on any overdue accounts, from the date(s) payment(s) became due, at the rate of 3% per annum above Cooperative Bank PLC's Base Rate from time to time in force until payment is received.  In the case of non or late payment or any circumstance where the Seller is obliged to use an agency to enforce payment, the total outstanding debt will be liable to a charge of 25% of the final statement or the cost of recovery, whichever the higher.

A charge equivalent to any account charge levied by Cooperative bank plus £10.00, will be made for each cheque not cleared or returned unpaid.

PRIVACY

We maintain a customer database with a few basic details, held in confidence. Periodically, we send mailshots - these may occasionally incorporate information from other organisations.  We will not pass on your personal details.
